The beach house consists of the following room breakdown.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Superking and 1 x Single
Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed with Sea view
Bedroom 3: Twin room
There are 2 bathrooms located on the first floor one with a copper bath and walk in shower and one with a shower over a whirlpool bath (your own personal hot tub)

Floor 2:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Superking & 1 x Single
Bedroom 2: Four poster Kingsize room with a sea view
Bedroom 3: Twin Room
Bedroom 4: Twin Room
This floor contains a small bathroom with a shower over a bath.

Each room is provided with crisp white cotton bed linen and plenty of white bath towels for the house. Please note, separate towels are provided for the hot tub and beach.

Restrictions

We have strict noise restrictions outside the property in the back garden. We are surrounded by neighbours with small children so noise must be kept to a minimum outside after 9pm and the hot tub should not be used after 10pm. There is a pub opposite the house where you can make noise and also the beach opposite the house where you can be as noisy as you like!

No extra guests without prior arrangement. No dogs unfortunately due to allergies.
